Neighborhood Services has been established to assist residents in the creation of [Neighborhood Councils] and coordinate the [Inter Neighborhood Council Forums] (INCF). This service is also responsible for the generation of informational and meeting fliers to promote resident awareness and encourage participation in neighborhood and city events. Neighborhood Services oversees the participation in the City Wide Enhancement Program (CWEP) and the coordination of Oxnard City Council Members and Staff to speak at neighborhood council meetings.
